Custom duties in Europe, USA & Canada to be calculated at destination. Due to import restrictions, we unfortunately do not ship to some destinations including Mexico, Spain, Turkey & Russia.

For USA, custom duties only calculated for orders above $800, for Europe & Canada, depends on custom rate at destination.

These terms and conditions of use apply to all visitors and users (“Customer/s”) of the website, www.hindash.com (“the Site”) and to all purchase transactions through the online store operated by HINDASH COSMETICS LLC (“Hindash”).

Hindash Cosmetics reserves the right to amend or add to these terms and conditions. Any such amendments or additions will come into effect once published on the Site.

Data Processing

All Customer data will be treated as confidential and only be used or processed for the purposes set out in Hindash Cosmetics’s privacy policy, referred to below. The recipients of the data shall be Hindash and its appointed service providers only.

The Customer has the right to access, amend, and delete their personal information by contacting the customer service department of Hindash Cosmetics.

Entry and Taxation on Purchasers

If any taxation is levied on the entry of any purchased product to the Customer’s home country/jurisdiction it is the Customer's responsibility to pay such tax. 

It is also the Customer's responsibility to ensure that any product purchased may be imported (and used) to the Customer’s home country/jurisdiction.

Delivery process and time

Delivery schedule varies from country to another, for UAE shipments, your order will be delivered within 3 working days, for international shipments, orders will be delivered from 5 to 7 working days.

It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure that a full and complete address for delivery is provided, when making a purchase and that such delivery address is one to which the delivery can be made without delay or special arrangements. Any delays in a delivery, caused by an incorrect, incomplete or non-standard delivery address, will be at the risk of the Customer.

Product purchases will be processed for delivery from Hindash Cosmetics, UAE, within 3 (three) working days. If any product is not immediately available, Hindash Cosmetics will promptly inform the Customer and provide an indication of the expected date of delivery. In the case of any delayed order the Customer will have the right to elect whether to confirm the purchase or to cancel, without any penalty. Once a confirmation of the order is given, cancellation will no longer be possible.

Cancellation

Cancellation of the order can occur within the period of preparing the shipment & before dispatching it by the courier, once the customer receives the shipping confirmation email, cancellation cannot be processed.

You can cancel your order when your order status is set as “ordered” before it's shipped. To cancel, simply send us a request on support@hindash.com.

If you order has already been processed and shipped, please wait for the courier to contact you then inform them about the cancellation.

Refund takes 5 to 7 working days from the date of cancellation or receiving the returned product.

Exchange or Return
Hindash Cosmetics will not accept products returned that have been opened or used, unless the product is damaged or defective.

The Customer will be required to pay for the courier service to return the product and also provide Hindash Cosmetics with all information requested by Hindash Cosmetics for the return and refund to be processed.

Specific requirements for any Product Exchanged or Returned
The Customer must ensure that the product is returned in its original packaging with a copy of the receipt or invoice for the purchase.

Limitation of Liability
Hindash Cosmetics will not be liable to the Customer for any indirect or consequential loss or damage which may be incurred by the Customer through the use of any Hindash Cosmetics product.

Where any claim arises pursuant to the purchase of a product through this Site, Hindash Cosmetics’s liability to the Customer will not exceed the purchase price paid for the said product.

Governing Law
The governing law of these terms and conditions of use shall be the UAE Federal Law and the law of the Emirate of Dubai.
